This was a summer project that took place at The Langley Community Leisure Garden in August 2013 for 2 weeks.
We had over 60 children and young people who took part in the project.
We did activities such as painting plant pots, planting bean stalks, tour of the allotment area, finding local wild life including frogs, lady birds, butterflies, bees etc.
We also had a camping experience, assault course with prizes for the winners. We made our own lady birds and took part in lots of outdoor activities.
Thank you to those who volunteered on the day.
And thank you to Councillor Phil Burke and other local councillors who supported us.
